Requirements
* Must pass all applicable records and background checks.
* Must be able to work varied and irregular schedules, including holidays, weekends, and evenings. Subject to recall.
* Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a current driver’s license within 90 days of placement.
* Male candidates born after December 31, 1959, and at least 18 years old, are required to certify registration with the Selective Service System (attach proof of registration).
Qualifications
Resumes must include information demonstrating experience and knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) related to this position. Applicants are encouraged to be clear and specific in describing their experience and KSAs.
A Qualified Candidate Must Possess
* At least three years of experience with standardized mess/club or comparable food service and beverage practices and procedures.
* Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and interact effectively with the public.
* Ability to hire, train, and supervise a transitioning workforce.
* Knowledge of methods and procedures for creating menus, pricing food, and purchasing food and equipment.
* Skill in budget preparation and financial reporting.
