Your Role
In assigned BES territory / BSP industry manage, develop and maintain gold, silver and bronze high customer relations to maximize sales/profit. Identify opportunities and monetize business potentials. This position will be managed in the East and South of Spain.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers in the polymers and rubbers sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfillment of customer needs.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to propose effective strategies.
- Develop and execute sales plans
Your Profile
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of polymers and rubbers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Languages: Spanish and English C1 level.
Experience
Previous sales or account management experience in the chemical industry.
Education
Education: Graduate in Chemistry, Materials Engineering or similar
