We’re looking for a strategic and ambitious SEO & Inbound Growth Lead to build and scale our organic acquisition engine across both GuestReady and RentalReady.
This is more than an SEO role — it’s a revenue-driving growth leadership position where search visibility (SEO, AEO, AI/LLM discovery) directly contributes to pipeline and measurable business impact.
As Inbound Growth Lead, you will own our global inbound strategy, scaling organic acquisition across multiple markets while building a predictable, high-performing inbound engine.
You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Content teams.
Inbound Growth & Revenue Strategy
* Own organic contribution to pipeline and revenue across brands
* Define and execute the global inbound growth roadmap
* Optimize lead quality and inbound efficiency
* Partner with Sales to improve qualification and pipeline performance
* Lead multi-market SEO strategy (technical, on-page, and off-page)
* Drive technical SEO initiatives with Product and Engineering
* Build scalable content roadmaps to increase authority and conversions
* Manage off-page SEO and partnerships
* Define strategy for AI-driven discovery (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
* Create content optimized for LLM-based search
* Monitor and improve brand visibility in AI-driven environments
📈 Inbound Funnel & Conversion Optimization
* Drive acquisition from organic traffic to qualified leads
* Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and lead generation assets
* Run structured experiments to improve conversion rates
* Build a culture of continuous optimization
* Own editorial strategy aligned with buyer journeys
* Identify programmatic and scalable content opportunities
* Implement repeatable workflows across teams
* Explore new growth levers to expand organic reach
* 4+ years in SEO, inbound, or growth marketing (international experience is a plus)
* Proven track record of driving qualified leads and revenue through organic channels
* Strong technical SEO expertise
* Solid understanding of AI search, AEO, and LLM optimization
* Experience in CRO and experimentation frameworks
* Analytical mindset (GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, etc.)
* Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog…)
* Experience leveraging AI or automation for growth
* Strong communication skills in English
* Programmatic SEO experience
* WordPress knowledge
* HubSpot or similar inbound tools
* Experience in travel, hospitality, or marketplaces
