Job Responsibility:
The Account Management Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the Key Account Manager in the day-to-day operations and strategic supervision of one of LOEWE Perfumes' most vital clients, focusing on driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Conduct in-depth sell-out and sell-in analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Perform comprehensive stock-on-hand analysis and proactively manage stock coverage.
Manage and meticulously track client orders, guaranteeing timely service and swift resolution of any issues.
Cultivate and strengthen client relationships by proactively understanding their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
Prepare and contribute to monthly account performance reviews
Provide comprehensive support to the Key Account Manager in all aspects of account operations, including reporting, data analysis, and administrative tasks.

PROFILE NEEDED:
MAIN STUDIES: Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
LANGUAGES: Proficient in English and Spanish. French and/or other languages are considered a plus.
IT TOOLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBi Experience will be considered a plus.
EXPERIENCE: Previous professional experience will be considered a plus.
OTHER: Immediate availability.
Possibility of signing agreement with university for at least 9 months, full-time (from Monday to Thursday from 09h to 18h, and Fridays from 08h to 15h).
