The Position
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our Trading team.
Your key responsibilities
* Providing feedback from existing customer requests to Product.
* Guide customers from the point of purchase, leading user onboarding processes and ensuring they get maximum value from Isotrol products.
* Build, maintain and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals and how Isotrol products can help them achieve them.
* Follow up on assigned accounts, acting as an expert advisor on Isotrol products to help maximise adoption and encourage retention
* Collect and internally pass on user feedback for consideration in the evolution of Isotrol\'s products
* Identify new opportunities for product extension by coordinating closely with sales teams
* Analyse product usage to identify required actions and Success Stories. Act as the voice of the customer at Isotrol, conveying satisfaction levels as well as identified risks and opportunities.
* Functional reference with extensive knowledge of the business of participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.
Your skills and experience
* Good communication skills in English and / or other languages (High level of English-B2)
* Engineering degree preferred.
* Work experience in electrical trading teams
