In this position, you will manage customer relationships, handle sales inquiries, and provide expert product support to drive growth. Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, lead times, and product offerings promptly and professionally.Guide customers in selecting the correct parts, providing accurate information and tailored solutions.Contribute to the knowledge base to efficiently find the correct spare parts.Prepare written quotations with set prices and discounts to convert opportunities into sales;
gather technical and cost data for custom requests.Verify customer purchase orders against internal systems and agreements.Support product requests for unreleased items.Utilize all available tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless service.Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.Proven inside sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.Fluent in Polish and English;
additional languages are a plus.Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn our products.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.Accurate in preparing and managing quotes.Problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, and preferably Oracle.Note:
