About LGMGLGMG Europe B.V. (LGMG) is the European sales, marketing, and aftersales subsidiary of Lingong Group Jinan Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., a leading international company specializing in manufacturing construction equipment including Arial Working Platforms. With 50 years of experience in the manufacturing world, LGMG has been the fastest-growing AWP brand in Europe since its entry into the European market in 2015. In the Iberia (Spain & Portugal) market, we are looking for a sales manager who is valuable to the growth of our business.

Position Description:This role is designed as a hybrid commercial and sales support position to support the growth of the Iberian market (Spain & Portugal).You will work closely with the existing Sales Director in the region, contributing both to daily sales operations and to the development of new business opportunities across developing and mid-sized accounts.The role combines approximately:

* 30% internal sales support and coordination tasks
* 70% external customer engagement and business development activities
* This is an ideal role for an early-career sales professional who is looking to grow into a full sales role in an international environment.

Report line: Sales Director South Europe

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of the Spain & Portugal market together with the regional Sales ManagerManage and develop relationships with end-users and mid-sized / developing customersIdentify new business opportunities and support sales growth in the regionConduct customer visits, follow up on quotations, and support order conversionHandle sales coordination tasks including quotations, orders, and customer documentationMaintain accurate customer data and support internal sales processesProvide regular feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, or related field1–3 years of experience in sales, sales support, or commercial rolesStrong willingness to develop in a sales/business development roleGood communication and interpersonal skillsStructured, detail-oriented, and proactiveAbility to work independently and in a small international teamExperience in machinery, construction equipment, or related technical industries is preferredBasic technical understanding or strong interest in mechanical/industrial products is a plus

LanguagesSpanish: Native or fluentEnglish: Professional working proficiencyPortuguese: a plus

Other RequirementsWillingness to travel within Spain & PortugalDriving license
