Our goal is to finally get every customer to book the sailing holiday with us. And of course - be the first yacht renting company on the market!
Responsibilities
Managing the Sales team to achieve sales targets;
Developing sales strategies, coordinating sales operations and implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently;
Coaching and mentoring Sales team;
Support in conflict resolutions for overbookings, guiding sales agents on how to proceed in escalated cases and situations;
Help with pro-forma invoicing;
Participating in Manager on duty shifts;
Setting and communicating sales KPIs in line of company targets;
Helped with daily operations and supported other team members;
Fostering a positive team culture, collaborating with other departments, and reporting on results to senior management;
Active sales support (phone and email) to our customers looking for and booking sailing holidays worldwide;
Active phone and email communication with boat owners and charters worldwide;
Oversee and support the yacht rental reservations process.
Qualifications
At least 2-year experience with managing the team, people - orientation needed
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach
Fluent in English and German/Polish/Ital language

Our starting salary for this position is 2 800€ - 3 500€ gross/month (33 600€ - 42 000€ gross/year) + shift allowance + commission from sales + quarterly bonus after collected revenue target achievement.
