With 4 major global brands: The Legal Officer provides day‑to‑day legal and compliance support, ensuring the company operates in line with applicable laws, internal policies, and corporate standards while enabling smooth business operations.
Contract Management
Draft, review, negotiate and proofread commercial agreements (e.G., Ensure contracts meet legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
HR Legal Support
Advise on employment law, internal policies, and HR‑related legal questions.Support HR with preparing and managing employment documentation and handling labour‑law issues.
Compliance
Support implementation and ongoing monitoring of GDPR, Whistleblowing system, and Code of Conduct.Contribute to compliance training for employees and support other compliance‑related tasks.Implement internal group policies at the local level and ensure compliance with corporate standards.Ensure compliance with applicable local laws and sector‑specific regulationsCompliance reporting to regional headquarters
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law~3+ years of relevant experience in a legal, compliance, or regulatory role (experiences in home-appliance industry is a plus)~ Fluent in English and Spanish and lovely Portuguese must ;
Excellent command of MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exposure to diverse legal and compliance topics across multiple business areas.
