Event Manager – Long-Term Campaign in Málaga

We're looking for a skilled and proactive Event Manager to join a long-term international campaign based in Málaga, Spain.
This role will be embedded in the client's team and will play a key part in delivering high-level corporate events from planning to execution.
You'll act as the central point of contact for both client and venue, ensuring seamless planning and execution of all event logistics. From vendor coordination and room bookings to on-site management and post-event follow-up, you'll be responsible for the full operational flow.
Provide on-site support: registration, badge printing, guest assistance
Oversee administrative tasks such as supply tracking and event documentation
Ensure stock levels are maintained and inventory is up to date
Previous experience in event planning or operational roles
Ability to manage events independently and proactively
Contract & Schedule
Duration: 1-year contract
Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day (exact time TBC)
Occasional weekend work may be required
