Implement tracking and tagging in alignment with customer and brand guidelines to ensure accurate campaign performance measurement.
* Ensure proper data collection frameworks are in place to support reliable campaign performance reporting and analysis.
* Collaborate with campaign and web teams to validate tag implementation across digital channels.
* Troubleshoot and resolve tagging discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
Analyze campaign performance data across channels including paid media, email, social, and digital.
* Break down campaign results by channel to identify performance drivers and areas of improvement.
* Provide optimization recommendations based on performance trends and historical data analysis.
* Identify and document best practices for future campaign planning and execution.
* Maintain and update core dashboards and data workflows to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
* Develop tailored reports with specific data points for senior leadership and key stakeholder groups.
* Manage and refine data workflows to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Experience: 3–5+ years in campaign analytics, digital marketing analytics, or a related fieldHands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or similar tag management systemsAnalytics Platforms: Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or equivalent platformsData Visualization: Experience with BI/dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data StudioReporting & Insights: Strong ability to synthesize data into clear reports, presentations, and actionable recommendationsData Management: Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and workflow automationExperience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership stakeholders
