THE ROLE:
* Collaborate closely with the Technical Lead to estimate delivery timelines and manage tasks throughout the development lifecycle.
* Support and develop projects from requirements gathering to design and deployment.
* Focus on quality, maintainability, performance, and testing.
* Identify and implement process improvements, including automation of manual tasks.
* Ensure data separation and security across national boundaries and AWS regions.
* Optimize technical performance for speed and scalability.
* Contribute to shaping the company's engineering culture as an early-stage hire.
WHO YOU ARE:
* 8+ years of frontend development experience, with strong skills in React and Typescript.
* Experience with agile methodologies, such as SCRUM, and Continuous Integration practices.
* Proven experience developing scalable solutions using microservice architecture.
* Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a background in design.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
* Flexible, adaptable, and proactive problem-solver.
* Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
* English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The starting salary range in Madrid is €50,000 - €65,000, depending on experience and other factors. Salaries may vary across markets.
