We are pleased to invite expressions of interest from internal team members for a 4-month maximum-term opportunity to lead our Quality, Safeguard and Compliance function across the Group (Marriott Support Services, OC Connections, ermha365 and The Disability Trust).
Reporting to the Deputy Group CEO, Tarryn Bracken, this opportunity presents an exciting chance for a leader who is equally strategic, operationally aligned and passionate. With the remit of ensuring quality, safety, and integrity of our services, compliance with multiple regulations and superior support provision from the Quality team to the operations of the Group, this is a pivotal executive role.
While the location is flexible within our footprint, travel across the business locations may be required for you to provide the high-level leadership, both to your direct reports and to the broader Executive team. With the visibility, influence and organisation-wide impact, this role requires the incumbent to be both tenacious, resilient and innovative in approach.
About You
You are a proactive and solutions-focused leader, with demonstrated:
* Exceptional clinical governance expertise and strong practice leadership capability
* Extensive experience improving practice outcomes and ensuring service quality within regulatory frameworks
* Strong understanding of legislative and compliance requirements relevant to service delivery
* Significant experience in client-centred risk management and safeguarding
* Proven ability to implement organisation-wide compliance and safeguarding systems
* High integrity, sound judgement and the ability to lead people and practice with the broader interests of the organisation, service users and advocates at the forefront.
