OverviewThe Optima Solutions Process Assurance Lead is responsible for Optima Solution team programs and processes develop and management.
This person must demonstrate the ability to take on one or more of the following responsibilities:ResponsibilitiesTrainingDevelops and executes new hire on boarding training programsConducts training programs for the Optima Solution teamOrganizes internal and external trainers to develop training courses, planning and executionEstablishes, refreshes and organizes annual Optima Solution team skills assessment with organization needs analysis to define new coming year training brochure with multiple technologies know how requirementCoordinates best practises in field service to share within organization, accelerates Optima Solutions team professionalism and promotes efficiencyAction Card tools implementationStandardization and ProcessesAnalyses Optima Solutions team routine activities according to technologies and processesMay be asked to develop and establishes the following types of processes: central SOPs (Standard Operation Procedure) to standardize all routines in-plant support activities and customizes each site version with JSA injection; develops Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Six Sigma tools, control plans, quality system requirements, Management of Change (MOC) processes, etcDocuments all processes by site and leads related training, execution, records, and audits to comply with quality system requirements and for best practicesEquipment managementCentralizes Optima Solution team asset ACT (onsite measurement equipment) spending, application, purchase processes, instruction training, maintenance, external calibration, movement, tracking, disposal, record & documentationCost per Unit (CPU) system implementationCPU business models consulting, execution proposals to support business opportunitiesCPU model and system launches at a dedicate customerCPU system operations interface, guidance, maintenance, upgrade and input& output reportingCPU model systemic mapping according to car models, lines, processes, technologies, pricing and usage, and usage leakage trackingSpecific Requirements Beyond Band Profile / Job Title ExpectationsRequired travel: 5-20%Bachelor degree, minimum 5 years' experience in Automotive coatings, quality system, or Training developmentKnowledgeable customer line process, good communication, coordination and coach skills, capable for local langue and English both in written and oralPPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
