Get familiar with our Go-based services, infrastructure, and delivery pipeline. Meet your squad and key stakeholders.60 days – Actively contribute to key product initiatives and features in development. Demonstrate increasing ownership and impact within the engineering team. Begin contributing meaningful code to the main product codebase.90 days – Take full ownership of feature delivery, from planning to release. Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and best practices. Participate in architectural discussions and help shape technical direction.Meet the TeamYou’ll report to an Engineering Team Leader and join a high-performing backend team based in Barcelona. You’ll work closely with backend engineers, DevOps specialists, and product managers. You’ll also write tests, monitor metrics, and support the lifecycle of features from design to release.QualificationsProfessional experience developing backend services in GoUnderstanding of microservices architecture and REST / gRPC API designFamiliarity with containers, CI / CD, and cloud environmentsSolid experience with SQL Server, Redis, and asynchronous messaging systemsComfortable writing automated tests and participating in code reviewsFluent in English ;
