Purpose of the role
The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for improving sales performance by equipping teams with the skills, tools, and methodologies required to drive acquisition, conversion, and account growth. This role supports frontline sales teams by identifying performance gaps, delivering targeted enablement initiatives, and ensuring consistent execution across SMB EMEA Direct clients and Agency segments.
Responsibilities
1. Onboarding & Enablement: Deliver onboarding programs focused on sales fundamentals, tools, and processes to ensure fast ramp-up and early productivity
2. Performance Improvement: Identify performance gaps through data and call analysis, designing targeted enablement initiatives to improve conversion and sales effectiveness.
3. Sales Playbook Execution: Implement and continuously refine sales methodologies, ensuring consistency in pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques
4. Coaching & Support: Provide ongoing coaching and support to frontline teams and Team Leaders, reinforcing best practices and driving performance improvement
5. Cross-functional Alignment: Partner with Operations, Quality, and Analytics to align enablement initiatives with business needs and performance goals
6. Performance Tracking: Monitor the impact of enablement initiatives on sales performance, ensuring measurable improvement in key metrics
Requirements
7. Degree in Training, Marketing, Business, or equivalent practical experience
8. Proven experience in sales, sales training, or sales enablement environments
9. Native/C2 level of English (any other language at an advanced level will be a plus).
10. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and Sales Engagement platforms.
11. Dynamic Presentation Skills: Ability to engage a room (physically or virtually) and simplify complex sales concepts.
12. Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze sales metrics and translate them into a training action plan.
13. Cultural Fit: You are comfortable working in a diverse, international environment and can adapt your coaching style to different personalities.
