Qualifications: brSHIPBOARD Employment type brAbility to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests. br3-5 yrs background experience as Hotel Director/Hotel General Manager in a 4 or 5 * Hotel. brGuest services shipboard experience is an advantage. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: brEffectively manages overall ship operations and guest experience. brAchieves the highest levels of guest satisfaction under all circumstances, through effective responsiveness, follow through and the team's ability to resolve issues. brEnsures all inventory levels are appropriate per targets and operational requirements. brResponsible for overall hotel department financial performance (expenses/revenue). · brActively displays a business ownership mentality when developing tactical plans to achieve financial targets. · brWorks from an entrepreneurial perspective to develop and implement new ideas for revenue and to improve operational efficiencies.
