About the Role
The Head of Sales defines and drives the sales strategy to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth across markets. This leader builds, coaches, and scales a high-performance sales organization responsive to rapid fintech dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans across enterprise, SME, and/or retail segments (depending on focus).
- Recruit, train, and lead a proactive and scalable sales team (AE, SDR, BDR, Sales Ops).
- Own sales targets, quotas, forecasting, and pipeline health.
- Build enterprise sales cycles, pricing strategies, and commercial contracts.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align on lead generation, messaging, and market positioning.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to drive results.
- Implement sales enablement tools and processes to maximize productivity.
- Leverage data to refine sales playbooks and shorten conversion cycles.
Requirements
- 8+ years in sales leadership, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Experience scaling sales teams rapidly across regions.
- Strong operational discipline in forecasting and CRM usage (e.G., Salesforce).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluency in English and Russian is required.
