We are looking for somebody to join our reputable and fast-growing real-estate team on the Orihuela Costa.

**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (native level)
- Conversant level of Spanish minimum
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, excellent telephone manner
- Strong administrative skills
- Good IT literacy
- Professional, well-presented
- A dedicated, hard-working person who works well within a small team environment
- Some real estate experience is preferred
- A self-motivated person who is reliable and trustworthy
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide all-round sales and administrative support to meet the needs of a busy real estate agency
- Marketing and advertising properties
- Arranging appointments with vendors
- Welcoming visitors to the office
- Take sales enquiries, gathering the correct information, be sales minded with the ability to convert as many leads to viewings as possible
- Provide the highest standard of customer care at all times, from initial enquiry through to aftercare
- General administrative and office support to meet the needs of the business
Package:
- Permanent PART-TIME contract, Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm
- Salary 600€ p/m
