The project! As Merchandising Director, you will lead the end-to-end merchandising strategy, driving product performance and assortment planning across categories. With a strong background in buying and product development, you’ll align commercial goals with customer insights. You'll collaborate closely with design, planning, and retail teams to optimize range architecture and margins. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment. What will the role entail? Define and execute the global merchandising strategy, ensuring a compelling and cohesive product offer across channels and regions. Lead assortment planning, category architecture, and product lifecycle strategies to maximize sales, margin, and stock efficiency. Collaborate with buying, design, product development, planning, and retail teams to align product vision with commercial performance. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior to inform future range decisions. Own the Go-To-Market calendar, driving key milestones and ensuring readiness for seasonal launches. Develop pricing, markdown and inventory strategies aligned with business goals. Manage and develop a team of merchandisers and planners, fostering a high-performance and analytical culture. What do we offer? Great international working environment. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field. 8–12 years of experience in merchandising, with a strong background in buying and product development, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or retail. Strong understanding of womenswear trends, fabrics, and garment construction. Strong analytical, commercial, and leadership skills, with the ability to balance creativity and data. Proficiency in retail math and financial analysis. Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
