Responsibilities
- Lead the development of ERP capabilities tailored to the unique needs of the public sector, nonprofit organizations, and higher education institutions.
- Work closely with horizontal product managers to bring new products to market, drive cross-sell into the existing customer base, and champion development of new capabilities that increase win rate and customer satisfaction with our core offerings.
- Define and maintain a comprehensive industry roadmap for public sector, nonprofit, and higher education verticals aligned with customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Translate industry-specific workflows and pain points into actionable product requirements across ERP modules; gather, document, and validate detailed product requirements based on customer interviews, market research, and regulatory analysis.
- Collaborate with data and platform teams to define use cases for predictive analytics, intelligent workflows, and decision support into professional services use cases.
- Act as the industry voice in product planning conversations with horizontal product teams.
- Monitor sector-specific regulations, funding models, and compliance frameworks to inform product development.
- Contribute to discovery, validation, and launch activities in collaboration with UX, engineering, and operations teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in product management for ERP or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Strong domain knowledge in public sector, nonprofit, or higher education operations.
- Experience with ERP platforms serving mission-driven sectors.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled or data-rich product environments.
Location
This role can be based remotely in Spain or Portugal.
