The Marketing Team is one of the biggest teams at Fever, and it's why they provide services to almost every single department. Through data and research, their work is to design, develop, execute, and analyze compelling 360º marketing campaigns that inspire our community to discover the best their cities have to offer.
Some of the teams within the marketing department are Acquisition, Growth, Category Management, CRM, Social Media, Content, or Creative Optimization.
**About the role**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for exclusive experiences around the world, both for our partners and our own very unique Fever Original events
- Design and implement performance-driven digital marketing campaigns with high visibility, leveraging channels such as Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms.
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities to improve ROI.
- Take ownership of your region's P&L; and effectively manage a significant marketing budget to ensure cost-effective results.
- Coordinate with Sales, Media, CRM, Design, and Copywriting teams to provide strategic direction and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Identify growth opportunities and innovate marketing approaches to drive success for Fever's unique offerings.
**About You**
- You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in Meta Ads.
- You have a strong understanding of performance marketing and the ability to optimize campaigns for ROI.
- You possess a native or bilingual level of English; a second language is a plus.
- You have a background in marketing.
- You are data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing budgets and analyzing performance metrics.
