This role is for a detail-oriented and diligent PTP Accountant with English & French. The position requires a deep understanding of accounting principles.

Description
The main functions of this role will be:
* Support to business within the whole Accounts Payable process
* Follow up and monitor of outsourced Accounts Payable activities
* Ensure the quality of master data about our suppliers from a financial point of view.
* Follow up and secure payments on time for external and internal suppliers in scope through daily follow up.
* Handling payment reminders and contact with suppliers as second point of contact.
* Carrying out ad hoc and monthly analysis of Accounts Payable processes and DPO
* Responsible of the reconciliation of GR/IR.
* Troubleshooting of internal and suppliers' invoices.
* Perform AP closing and reporting activities.
* KPI´s analysis
* Continuous improvements in order to align our processes between all entities in our scope.
Profile
A successful PTP Accountant should have:
* An educational background in Accounting, Finance or related field.
* Fluency in both English and French.
* Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office Suite.
* Prior experience from working in SAP or similar ERP.
* A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.

* Flexible schedule: Monday to Thursday (7.30/9.30 am - 4.30/6 pm) / Friday (7.30/9.30 am - 1.30/3 pm). The schedule during July & August will be the same as Firdays.
