A general telephony engineer will provide telephony and consultancy to every area of AXA Partners. He will work primarily with colleagues from the same team, as escalation point for the Global Telephony (L3) technicians and provide consultancy and technical guidance to different business units across Europe.
**What does your day-to-day look like?**
- Provide Tier 3 Contact Center (Europe) support analysing and solving complex technical issues with mínimal supervision.
- Design and assist implementing new transversal telephony solutions.
- Provide consultancy and technical support for any business driven project.
- Collaborate with team members of other regions sharing knowledge and information.
- Maintain 7*24 environment assuming strong SLA on main systems.
- Incidents resolution proactively and on demand. (Service Now)
- Proactive detection and regular maintenance.
- On Call support ( weekly revolving ), aprox. one per month.

**Your Profile**
Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Minimum of 5 years on similar positions.
- Deep knowledge of Avaya Aura Communication Manager, CMS,SIP (SBC, SM), Avaya Experience Portal.
- ITIL processes
- Understanding of APIs, databases, and object oriented programming.
- Language and soft skills: English advanced (oral and written is mandatory), French (desired), Spanish (desired)
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation), organizational and collaboration skills.
