About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer (DevOps) to help shape scalable, cloud-based solutions that power modern digital products. This role has real impact on system architecture, product direction, and team success, blending strategic thinking with hands-on collaboration in an Agile, cloud-first environment. You'll grow in a culture that values ownership, mentorship, and innovation across cross-functional engineering teams.
What You Will Do
* Support and improve existing functionality;
* Prototype new solutions;
* Drive the teamof engineers to deliver results;
* Provide technical mentorship to your colleagues;
* Analyze and resolve intricate technical challenges;
* Solve complex problems using architect-level thinking;
* Oversee specifications of business logic.
Must Haves
* Excellent oral and written communication skills;
* Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative environment;
* Experience in driving cross-functional teams;
* 6+ years of experience with cloud-based services including AWS ;
* Proficient in using software collaboration tools such as JIRA ;
* Working knowledge of various databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres );
* Working knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Linux );
* Proficient in version control software such as Git ;
* Basic understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies;
* Upper-intermediate English level.
Nice to Haves
* Working knowledge of developing web-based client interfaces using React.Js + TypeScript;
* Java and Spring experience.
