We are hiring a German Account Manager to join a high-growth digital advertising project in Barcelona, Spain (hybrid model).
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement customized digital advertising strategies for German clients
* Provide performance-driven insights and recommendations to maximize ROI
* Build long-term client relationships via phone, video calls, and email
* Work towards sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
* Fluent German (C1 minimum) and professional English level
* BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
* 6–12 months of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales (preferred)
* Strong communication, analytical skills, and leadership potential
* Interest in marketing, technology, and digital advertising
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: €24,310 – €30,000 gross/year (based on experience)
* Sales bonus: up to €3,000 – €4,290 gross/year
* Relocation support: flight ticket + one-month accommodation + private health insurance support
* Permanent contract and full-time position (39h/week, Monday to Friday)
