Proclinical is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive go-to-market strategies, product commercialization, and lifecycle management within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. You will collaborate with sales, customer service, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective product launches and maintain strong market positioning.
Create and present regional marketing and brand plans to support long-term growth initiatives.
Lead the implementation of global marketing campaigns while maintaining brand identity and optimizing marketing spend.
Oversee the rollout and improvement of marketing technologies, including CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and content management tools (e.g., Design and manage competitive healthcare professional (HCP) training programs for the Biosurgery portfolio in collaboration with Medical Affairs.
Organize and moderate training workshops for commercial teams, ensuring effective onboarding and skill refreshers.
Experience in marketing or product management within the pharmaceutical or MedTech industry.
Expertise in demand generation, product positioning, marketing campaigns, KOL relationships, and competitive intelligence.
Familiarity with the European market and marketing technologies such as Salesforce and Seismic.
Fluency in English, French and Spanish is required.
