Would you like to continue your development as a Cooling Service and Commissioning Engineer in a multinational French company that specializes in energy management and automation?
The Cooling Service Representative is responsible for providing professional on-site services for a range of cooling products produced by the company to its customers, including commissioning, technical on-site analysis, and resolving customer issues.
The role primarily focuses on complex and critical projects, including troubleshooting and on-site support for Cooling Equipment & Systems (air cooling, air- or water-cooled chillers, CRAC / CRAH units).
Core Activities
* Perform startup and commissioning on all equipment across the entire cooling product range.
* Evaluate unit installation, including the quality of pipes within units and the hydraulic circuit for chillers.
* Assess system installation and operational conditions.
* Perform onsite adjustments to optimize unit performance.
* Identify failure causes related to quality, software, or operational issues (Root Cause Analysis).
* Document, label, and return defective parts for repair or disposal.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cooling systems.
Requirements
* Diploma / bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
* At least 5 years of experience in commissioning or field service repair with HVAC or cooling equipment.
* Experience with precision cooling is a significant advantage.
* Experience with HVAC, generators, fire detection / suppression systems.
* Proficiency with software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and Acrobat.
* Willingness to travel internationally up to 70% of the time.
