Key account sales manager - Zoomlion AWPJD:- Develop and execute sales strategies for aerial work platforms (AWP) to achieve assigned sales targets.- Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts (rental companies, construction enterprises, industrial clients, distributors, etc.).- Build and maintain long-term relationships with major customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing feedback to HQ and product teams.- Collaborate with the after-sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer support.- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, ensuring transparency and accuracy.- Travel frequently within the assigned territory for customer visits and business development.Qualifications:- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Aerial Work Platform (AWP) industry.- Proven experience working for AWP manufacturer (OEM background required).- Strong, well-established relationships with major rental companies and key accounts in Germany.- In-depth understanding of fleet sales, rental business models, and key account management.- Demonstrated track record of achieving high-value sales targets within the AWP sector.- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.- English as a working language is required.
