Responsibilities:
* Partnership with GTM and sales team to build up business strategy, be responsible for retail strategy execution;
* Work with the local distributor and retail partners to design and implement joint marketing campaigns, carrying out effective promotions to increase sell-out;
* Develop new Mi store and Mi zone to enhance Xiaomi offline brand image and in-store visibility;
* Design in-store merchandising solutions and communication strategies that drive customer purchase.
Minimum Requirements:
* University graduate in Marketing or Business Management;
* Proven working experience in retail marketing of mobile phones with extensive understanding of tools to manage retail marketing performance;
* Strategic and analytical thinking on retail marketing for improving brand market share;
* Innovative, with a well-understood consumer interactive experience in different events;
* 5-10 years of experience in the retail industry.
