We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Organizing all reception tasks, including check-in, check-out, and guest services throughout their stay.
* Managing guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing concierge services and luggage storage.
* Reviewing reservations, conducting night audits, and performing other duties as assigned by the reception supervisor.
Requirements:
* Degree in Tourism, Master in Marketing, or similar, with specific training in tourism quality.
* At least 2 years of experience in customer service within the hotel sector.
* High proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Knowledge of office software, hotel management systems, CRM, and ISO standards is valued.
