Role Description
We are looking for our next HR Manager to join our growing team
Your responsibilities will span the full scope of the HR function:
Talent Acquisition: talent scouting, shortlisting, HR interviews, and recruitment process coordination
Culture & Retention: culture development, employee engagement, and internal relations management
Learning & Development: onboarding management, internal knowledge management, and core skills training
You will be responsible for 2 to 4 clients, with high exposure to their management team.

Requirements
* Fluency in French AND English mandatory
* Experience in recruitment or HR-related space (at least 1-2 years)
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Rigorous with high attention to details
* Bonus: you have worked in an agency and handled several clients (you are a people pleaser)
* Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
* Open to beginners with willingness to learn and grow
Conditions
Place: 100% remote (Europe timezone preferred)
Package: €2,500
