Finance Accounting&Control; is looking for a **Frameworks & Policies Governance Analyst**, based in our **Boadilla del Monte (Integral HQ) office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Third-party Risk Management oversight over Santander geographies: Risk inventory, KRIs, Top-risk vendors watchlists (focused on high-dependency and Single Point o Failure vendors), TPRM IT Tool adoption (based on SAP), compliance with local Bank Supervisors.
- TPRM Model, IT & Processes continuous alignment, assuring proper coordination and communication of these pillars.
- KRI surveillance and proposal of action plans aiming to accomplish with the thresholds defined by Operational Risk.
- TPRM projects deployment: SaaS enhanced oversight, vendors consolidation, Risk-Calculators &RiskAssessments; Quality Assurance, AI use to enhance efficiency in vendors certification.
- Internal Audit recommendations follow-up with definition and execution of mitigation plans (global + local).
- Simplification initiatives inception and deployment, using IA and improving the informational framework using Data-Analytics techniques.
**EXPERIENCE**
- 1 year of experience in a control area (risks, internal audit, costs) would be highly valuated
**EDUCATION**
- Bachelor's degree (Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar)
**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
- Data management (Advanced Excel, Power-BI) knowledge and prior experience desirable.
- IA tools (OpenIA, Copilot agents) knowledge desirable.
- Language programming (Phyton, R, Power-Apps) knowledge desirable.
- Communication and oral expression fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese desirable but not mandatory).
