We are seeking a Site Manager - Power Electronics Installation (full-time) for our projects across Germany in the field of railroad power supply.
Main Tasks:
* Responsibility for installation, maintenance, and servicing of power supply systems and electrical installations.
* Logging construction processes and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors on-site.
* Regular coordination with construction management and participation in meetings.
* Supervision of installation team activities.
* Preparation of measurements for quantity and mass determination.
Requirements:
* Vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., electrician, mechatronics engineer, industrial electrician, electrical systems fitter).
* Proficiency in German (oral and written) and communication skills in English.
* Experience or specialization in electrical engineering and supervisory experience.
* Knowledge in MV, DC, and LV switchgear construction.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Management experience with assembly teams.
* Interest in travel across Germany.
* Class B driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Forklift license.
* License for driving two-way vehicles.
* Switching authorization up to 30kV.
