What are we looking for?
We are actively seeking a
Quality Assurance Engineer
to join our QA Team.
The individual will be responsible for performing repairs, calibrations, and technical checks on INDIBA devices, providing support both remotely and on-site when necessary, and contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of our technical service operations.
Which will be your responsibilities?
Perform the activities to homologate, evaluate and re-evaluate the pool of suppliers for the INDIBA products and services.
Participate on the Supplier NCR's resolution activities
Analyse data coming from Incoming Inspection and NCR database to evaluate the performance of the suppliers.
Improve the supply chain and the quality of the products supplied by our subcontractors and suppliers.
Manage complaints from customers, open Non Conformities when necessary and control the implementation of corrective or preventive actions.
Validate samples from new suppliers or samples from changes from current or new suppliers.
Define the test to be done to new products or modifications to current products in collaboration with R&D when necessary to ensure the quality at a minimum cost and/or maximizing the quality.
What do you need to be a successful candidate?
Engineering (electronics, industrial, mechanics, etc) or experienced CFGS/FP II with at least 5 years managing suppliers in the equivalent sectors.
Demonstrated experience of minimum 3 years within a Quality Assurance department on the Electronic Device's segment
Advanced English.
Ability to solve problems and take prompt decisive action.
Focused and strict for key requirements.
