About the role
\n
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to own .com's presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. This is not a scheduling role, it is a creative one. We are looking for someone who shoots, edits, and publishes content independently, moves fast, and has a genuine instinct for what works on short-form video and to try new things.
\n
You will be the creative engine behind our social content: coming up with ideas, filming, editing, and posting. A solid understanding of the Spanish market and what resonates with local audiences is essential. If you have built an audience before, or contributed to one (personal projects, brand accounts, any industry) we want to hear about it. If you have made videos you are proud of - creative, well-produced, or just really effective - show us. Comfort on camera is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production
\n
- Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, independently and at pace.
- Translate 's value proposition (deals, cashback, smart shopping) into content formats that feel native to each platform.
- Stay ahead of trends, hooks, sounds, and formats. Understand when to use them and when to ignore them.
- Continuously test new creative ideas and formats
- Build and manage a content calendar that keeps channels active and consistent.
Channel Growth & Performance\n
- Monitor performance metrics (views, reach, saves, follower growth, CTR) and use them to iterate on content strategy.
- Test formats, hooks, and topics systematically, document what works and double down on it.
- Identify collaboration and UGC opportunities that can extend organic reach.
Brand & Community\n
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms — approachable, sharp, and genuinely useful.
- Engage with the community: respond to comments, spark conversations, and turn followers into users.
- Work closely with the team to align content with product launches, campaigns, and partnerships.
Qualifications:\n
- A portfolio of short-form video content you have created, personal projects, brand accounts, any industry. What matters is that you made it
- Hands-on proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut or similar) and design tools (Canva or equivalent).
- A strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and what drives organic growth on each.
- Comfort being on camera is a plus, but the ability to tell a compelling story — with or without a face — is what matters.
