Ph3Medical Director of Global Clinical Operations – Women’s Health Reproductive Medicine /h3 h3Location: /h3 pSpain, EU /p h3Salary Range: /h3 p$90, 000-$120, 000 plus bonuses /p h3Position Summary /h3 pWe are seeking a strategic, dynamic, and highly organized bMedical Director of Global Clinical Operations /b to lead and manage international clinical studies focused on our IVF/IVM product Fertilo. This role will be pivotal in driving the success of global clinical trials and post-market surveillance studies across key markets including Europe, Australia, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia. /p pThe ideal candidate is an infertility specialist medical doctor, self-starter with deep clinical management experience in clinical research, strong leadership capability, and a passion for innovation in reproductive health. Candidates with in vitro maturation (IVM) and a proven track record in clinical operations within pharma or biotech will be strongly preferred. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Improving product adoption at external partner clinics and study sites /h3 ul liWork with the internal team at Gameto and our external partner clinics to ensure success in Fertilo adoption. This work will consistent of virtual meetings as well as on site visits to clinics internationally and in the US, including: /li liAdvising PIs on patient selection /li liAdvising PIs on appropriate application of minimal stimulation protocol /li liTroubleshooting with PIs to improve egg yield and egg quality /li liWorking with centers to perform best practices in embryo transfers /li liParticipate in publications, conference presentations, and scientific communications to strengthen product credibility. /li /ul h3Scientific Strategic Leadership /h3 ul liWork directly with the CSO to design new clinical studies and trials to further expand product development.
