This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growth mindset organisation that is looking to further advance our Land and Expand Platform strategy across the Financial Services segment. The role involves owning and managing a mix of existing and prospect accounts, with plans based on ACV, revenue (existing and new in-year), and KPIs. Responsibilities include developing new ACV opportunities, migrating legacy on-premises FICO technology to the FICO Platform, and leveraging FICO’s Decision Intelligence Platform to deliver value across the customer lifecycle.What You Will Contribute
Adopt the ‘FICO Way of Selling’ to drive success in your accountsWork with customers to understand their strategic priorities in Lending and BankingBuild relationships with senior client stakeholders in Business and TechnologyIdentify pain points, quantify problems, and orchestrate FICO teams to solve issuesCreate client business plans and engage in complex deal negotiationsManage deal structuring to protect existing business and secure new dealsEnsure customer satisfaction to foster long-term, profitable relationshipsCollaborate with internal teams including Platform SSE, Finance, Legal, and Professional ServicesManage sales activities and quotas, with opportunities for earnings growthWhat We Are Seeking
Proven success in SaaS sales, selling complex enterprise software in Financial ServicesStrong relationship-building and collaborative skillsGrit and determination under tight deadlines and high pressureFamiliarity with ‘MEDDPICC’ or similar sales methodologiesUnderstanding of Financial Services challenges and technologyExperience in Consumer Lending, Credit Risk, Retail Banking, or Fraud is a plusStrong soft skills for presentations and customer educationWillingness to travel up to 40% of the timeBachelor’s degree or relevant work experienceOur Offer to You
