In this role you will support data-centric IT product delivery for catastrophe portfolio modeling, shaping a cloud-enabled risk data platform. You will work with risk modelers, data architects and engineers to translate business objectives into technical solutions. You will design scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines on cloud platforms, ensure governance and regulatory compliance, and drive value through data-driven insights. This role offers cross-functional collaboration and meaningful impact on risk decisions and portfolio resilience.

• Support delivery of data-centric IT products in the Group Accumulation Management area focusing on catastrophe portfolio modeling
• Design and oversee scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines with attention to scalability, traceability, and performance
• Translate business objectives into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and technical solutions
• Collaborate with risk modelers and technical teams to define workflows for exposure data and catastrophe model results
• Analyze and transform heterogeneous data sources to support decision-making and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated data solutions
• Participate in agile ceremonies and ensure alignment among stakeholders
• Support development, testing, and release planning with emphasis on performance, security, and business value
• Advocate for platform consistency and robust data architecture; liaise with Data Architects and Information Security
• Provide functional consulting to internal consumers and data providers to drive adoption and value
Responsabilidades
• Expert knowledge of T-SQL for complex querying and performance tuning
• Experience with data science software (R, Python)
• Data modeling expertise (conceptual, logical, physical) and data transformation techniques
• Experience with data pipelines/ETL tools (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Jenkins)
• Strong grounding in data modeling, transformation, visualization and governance
• Ability to design, document, xpzdshu and support data flows in modern cloud environments
• Experience supporting legacy platforms and translating requirements into user stories
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed org
• Track record of agile product delivery (Scrum/Kanban) in technical contexts
• Fluency in English; experience coordinating UATs/releases/performance/security validations
• Familiarity with risk modeling or exposure data in insurance is desirable
