Responsibilities
* Connecting and integrating new solutions with current partners;
* Onboarding of PSP companies to receive processing channels with new partners brought by business development managers to connect;
* Participating in the attraction and launch of new partners;
* Scaling and increasing capacity by current solutions;
* Creating and managing a risk register for current partners;
* Maintaining a dashboard for all merchant accounts in the context of partners;
* Revision of financial conditions (processing rates, settlements, rolling reserve and deposits);
* Handle any requests from partners on our merchant accounts (compliance, IPS, acquirers, etc.);
* Solving problems with delays in settlements or debts of current partners;
* Update of information with partners (volume limits, transactional software, etc.)
What You\'ll Be Working On

What You Need To Succeed In This Role
* At least 1-3 years of experience as an account manager, onboarding specialist, or in a similar role at payment service provider companies
* Strong understanding of payment processing, financial conditions, and risk management
* Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel is required.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in using dashboards and analytical tools
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage your own priorities in a fast-paced payments environment
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Good knowledge of English and fluent russian.
