What will you do?Manage a portfolio of customers advertising on the platform, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisorDevelop a deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, and marketing objectivesCreate and present tailored digital advertising strategies that drive measurable resultsIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise customer investment and revenue growthConduct regular meetings to review performance, share insights, and optimise campaignsBuild and maintain long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retentionProvide excellent customer service by resolving issues and offering effective solutionsWork with KPIs and revenue targets, consistently achieving or exceeding expectationsMaintain accurate account and pipeline data in CRM systems such as SalesforceStay updated on product developments, industry trends, and client needs
Candidate profileNordic language level of C2, and C1 level of English (written and spoken) (Norwegian or Swedish or Danish).Minimum 18 months of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing roleProven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of customersStrong experience in digital advertising or online marketing solutions is a plusAbility to build trust quickly and manage relationships with multiple stakeholdersExperience with CRM systems such as SalesforceStrong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsExcellent communication and presentation skillsProactive, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
