Position : Teacher
Responsibilities :
* Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons based on our curriculum guidelines.
* Employ a variety of teaching techniques and resources to cater to different learning styles.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaboration.
* Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and assessments.
* Create a supportive and motivating atmosphere that promotes language development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall growth of the academy.
Requirements :
1. English speaker with exceptional proficiency in English.
2. Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field.
3. TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification or equivalent.
4. Minimum 3 to 5 years of teaching experience, preferably with diverse age groups and Cambridge University exam preparation B2 First and C1 Advanced.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students.
7. Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in student success.
