Job Responsibilities
* Integrate and optimize material and information flow across the supply chain to ensure a high level of service and smooth operations
* Plan and coordinate logistics resources, production, and procurement to ensure product availability, on‑time delivery, and cost efficiency
* Monitor inventory levels and maintain effective stock control
* Lead, coordinate, and develop the Warehouse Manager and logistics team, including workforce planning, hiring, and training
* Monitor operational performance, drive continuous improvements in logistics processes, and manage supplier relationships and negotiations
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including participation in the HACCP team and support of relevant certifications
Qualifications
* University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar field
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
* Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude
* Well organized and able to manage tasks, time, and resources effectively
* Ability to identify problems, analyse information, and support practical solutions
* Very good Microsoft Excel skills and very good English skills
