We work every day to transform lives through science. /ppbHOW WE WORK /b /ppuOur core values: /u Care, Courage, Innovation, and Simplicity are embedded in everything we do, guiding our mission and vision towards the future. /ppbWHY WORK WITH US /b /ppDiscover what we offer and hear from our employees about their experience working at Almirall. /ppbPOSITION SUMMARY / MISSION /b /ppReporting to the General Manager of Spain Portugal, this role's main goal is to: /ppLead the Healthcare Marketing function and team for Primary Care (Rx) and Consumer Healthcare (OTC) in alignment with the Spanish affiliate's portfolio and pipeline strategy, incorporating sales, market access, medical, and compliance inputs. /ppBe a member of the MC Iberia Leadership Team. /ppbCORE RESPONSIBILITIES /b /pulliDevelop a patient-centric and customer success marketing strategy for the portfolio, including analysis, planning, execution of Brand Plans, and pre-marketing activities for pipeline products. Drive global strategy and direction. /liliAnticipate future market needs and develop action plans to ensure the organization remains competitive in both short and long term. /liliCreate and co-lead the execution of strategies for Local Brands (Rx and OTC), providing strategic insights for marketing plans and ensuring proper execution within budget. /liliShare responsibility for the local PL of the Brands. /liliSupervise the strategy development for understanding stakeholder needs, segmenting markets, analyzing competition, and formulating brand strategies and plans. /liliEnsure competitive and differentiated positioning of local brands throughout their lifecycle, including messaging and campaign development. /liliSupport product launches and commercialization efforts, with field presence to identify and address local needs. /liliRepresent Almirall in Spain through high-level interactions with customers and KOLs. /liliGuide and lead the team to build strong value propositions and support market access teams. /liliOversee communication and marketing strategies for local brands. /liliInfluence product planning processes to set strategic direction and ambition. /liliFoster innovation within the business unit and support business development initiatives. /liliCollaborate with operational and HR functions to promote awareness and engagement initiatives. /liliLead, coach, and develop the team, promoting a high-performance culture and talent growth. /li /ulpbEDUCATION /b /pulliAcademic degree, preferably in business or life sciences. /liliMBA highly valued. /li /ulpbEXPERIENCE /b /pulliMinimum 8 years in leadership roles within marketing and sales, implementing transformative business models. /liliExperience in FMCG, OTC, pharmaceutical, medical devices, or similar sectors. /liliExperience in product planning and business development evaluations. /liliKnowledge in market research, sales operations, patient programs, forecasting, and competitive intelligence. /liliProven success in team building and leadership in dynamic environments. /liliExperience with latest technologies and AI solutions. /li /ulpbPREFERRED SKILLS COMPETENCIES /b /pulliAbility to gain trust across organizational levels and regions. /liliEffective influence skills, both with and without authority. /liliFluent in Spanish and English, both oral and written. /liliCreative, proactive, and action-oriented with a drive to win and lead change. /liliStrong cross-functional team management skills. /liliLeadership qualities demonstrated through clear expectations, trust-building, and example-setting. /li /ulpbWhy work with Almirall? /b /ppWe are a people-centric company where employees thrive, and patients and customers are at the core of our decisions.
