Exciting news: RDT keeps growing, and this time we’re expanding internationally! We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in a fully remote position based in Europe, working 100% in English. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem while collaborating with international teams.
Responsibilities
* Analyze and improve business processes related to sales and quotation/budgeting.
* Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
* Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions within Salesforce.
* Ensure data accuracy and quality across systems and processes.
* Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
* Support integrations between CRM and other enterprise systems.
* Solid experience in business process analysis and improvement, particularly in sales and quoting/budgeting processes.
* Strong experience with Salesforce configuration.
* Good understanding of data models, database concepts, and data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader, ETL tools).
* High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Nice to Have
* Experience integrating CRM systems with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP).
Certifications
* Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Developer certification required.
