Responsibilities
Be a technical escalation point for partners and internal teams
Help partners resolve technical issues within their payments integrations
Work with partners on the rollout of new solutions, focusing on technical implementation
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational improvements between companies
Maintain knowledge‐bases for the Partner Technology Team
Close feedback loops from our partners and customers to internal teams
Identify process inefficiencies and proactively streamline them
Work cross‐functionally to deliver issue resolution for partners
Assist partners in setting up enterprise customers
Conduct pre‐sales meetings to explain our product to partners
Qualifications
Customer and/or partner‐facing experience in a technical environment
Basic understanding of APIs and software integrations
Track record of complex issue resolution
Strong cross‐functional collaboration skills, both internally and externally
Logical and organized approach to problem‐solving
Excellent communication skills for simplifying complex ideas for partners
Commercial orientation and technical pre‐sales cycle management experience
Ability to gather concise data and information to provide necessary context to partners, customers, or internal teams
