Job Description
Specific role responsibilities :
1. Operate in compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies.
2. Promotion of Gilead therapies to HCPs in targeted delivery and referral centres.
3. Collaborate regularly with Kite local cross-functional team to coordinate HCP interactions, align on consistent and harmonized delivery of key messages, and develop key account plans.
4. Develop significant relationships with Therapy Area Experts (TAEs), senior account level leadership, and other decision-makers and influencers, providing timely follow-up on commitments and requests.
5. Meet with appropriate leaders across qualified centres to educate on, and logistically support, the use of Kite product(s).
6. Coordinate the qualification and activation of new delivery centres and conduct audits as needed.
7. Collaborate on the cell journey to ensure high patient access and cell delivery.
8. Provide feedback and insights from HCP interactions to Medical Affairs and Commercial colleagues.
9. Support at professional meetings, including staffing exhibits and facilitating meetings with TAEs.
10. Provide timely feedback regarding account trends, industry issues, and business opportunities.
Key Requirements and Competencies :
1. Proven track record of high performance in pharmaceutical commercial roles.
2. Ability to work across functions and collaborate effectively.
3. Strong commercial and scientific knowledge, able to translate scientific information.
4. Experience in complex customer delivery and logistics management.
5. Ability to navigate complex accounts and understand stakeholder needs.
6. Experience in project management, strategic planning, and problem solving.
7. Initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Specific education and experience requirements :
* Launch experience, preferably within academic hospitals.
* Oncology/haematology experience preferred.
* Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
* Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
* English proficiency;
willingness to travel overnight.
* Life sciences degree required.
