KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWe are looking for a Senior Fashion Designer to lead the development and follow-up of our knitwear collections for menswear —from trend research and inspiration to the final product in store. This role is key to creating innovative proposals aligned with the brand’s identity and market needs.
Design and development of collections, including prototype follow-up.
Creation of inspiration panels and moodboards: trends, fabrics, colors, volumes.
Presentation of concepts and products to the Creative Direction.
International travel to meet suppliers, develop prototypes, and select samples.
Print design, rapport creation, lettering, and logo placement on garments.
Photoshop mockups to visualize design outcomes.
Fabric selection and supplier communication.
Technical sheet creation and tracking of modifications.
Development of instructions for suppliers and monitoring until store delivery.
Photography and editing of prototypes, silhouette creation, color changes, flat sketches.
Planning for buyer books and materials for trade fairs.
Error analysis in garment construction and design for correction.
Continuous observation of competitors and sales performance for future development.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, especially in knitwear.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong knowledge of patternmaking, fabrics, and textile techniques.
Desired: Advanced English, advanced Excel, advanced graphic design skills.
High aesthetic sensitivity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
