As a Senior C++ Software Engineer on the M-Star CFD team, you will maintain and extend cross‑platform desktop GUI tools and cloud infrastructure that power first‑principles CFD simulations. You’ll shape the software lifecycle from UI to backend, influencing product direction and engineering choices. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure performance, reliability, and scalable distribution. This role offers impact in a tight, specialized team developing world‑class scientific software.

• Maintain and enhance cross‑platform desktop GUI applications (Windows/Linux)
• Develop and extend a Python-based API that integrates with the core application
• Support workflows in technically complex environments (3D CAD, CFD)
• Ensure performance, stability, and usability of GUI tools
• Maintain and operate the software build server and CI pipelines
• Manage release processes and versioned software distribution
• Support and maintain license control systems and related backend services
• Maintain AWS-based software distribution and business operations systems
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of xpzdshu cloud infrastructure
Responsabilidades
• Solid C++ development background
• Expertise in developing desktop GUI applications for technical or scientific software
• Python for API development and automation
• Familiarity with CI/build systems and release engineering
• Experience with 3D CAD or CFD software environments is desirable (not essential)
