About The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing — a strategic and hands‑on leader who can turn organic traffic, content, and analytics into a predictable growth engine. You’ll own Featherless’s growth stack end‑to‑end: web presence, SEO, analytics, paid experimentation, and conversion funnels — and help coordinate the full website rebrand and relaunch. Your mission: grow qualified traffic and convert awareness into activation.
What You’ll Do
* Coordinate the full website rebrand (UX, copy, and performance) with internal and external partners
* Define and execute Featherless’s SEO and keyword strategy
* Build and manage analytics + attribution systems (GA4, PostHog, Supabase, Looker)
* Optimize signup, activation, and retention funnels with data‑led experiments
* Run small, high‑impact paid campaigns to test messaging
* Collaborate with DevRel on content strategy
* Report weekly on growth KPIs — traffic, conversion, activation, churn
What You Bring
* 3–7 years in growth or digital marketing (developer tools, or infra preferred)
* Proven experience owning growth strategy across SEO, paid, and analytics
* Strong command of GA4, Ahrefs, Search Console, Looker, or similar tools
* Analytical and experimental — you define KPIs, test hypotheses, and ship fast
* Collaborative across engineering, design, and product teams
* Bonus: led a brand or website redesign project
* Bonus: familiarity with LLMs, APIs, or developer platforms
